Present on the Romanian HR consultancy market since 1996, Laura interacted with different companies and helped them identify the right people and the employees’ development needs. She designed and delivered solutions to cover those needs ensuring the consistency of the training programs and having as objective the trainees’ performance increase. The consulting activities she rolled-out (Employee Focus-Groups and Field Observations,
1-2-1 Management Interviews) helped the clients see the snapshot of their organizations: how their employees perceive certain organizational aspects, what is the team current state and how can future actions be aligned to sustain organizations’ strategic objectives.

Alina Hozoc

Alina coordinates the recruitment activity on both local and national projects. Those projects cover a wide range of fields of activity (Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing) and different types of positions, from specialists to top management positions.
Using a variety of search methods, including the ones which have just started to be used by the Romanian HR market (like social networks), Alina is extremely creative and resourceful in identifying the best candidates for our clients.
